For the past 20 years Edmund I. Shamsi and the Boston Group have been developing commercial office buildings and building luxury condominiums and single family residences throughout Boston, Brookline and Cape Cod. Mr. Shamsi has a reputation for delivering the highest quality product and paying special attention to the final details of every property. Fine Associates
Founded in 1988, Fine Associates is located in the Leather District, next to 210 South Street. They are an award-winning, general practice, small office with strengths in multi-family/single family residential, private schools and corporate projects. Their work is primarily with repeat clients, and we enjoy a great deal of client loyalty. Our single-family residential portfolio consists of numerous projects both within the city and in surrounding areas, and it ranges from major renovations and additions to the design of new construction homes. Of special interest are two recent projects, one at Rowes Wharf and the second at the Vendome Condominiums.

Kaplan Corporation
Founded in 1976, Kaplan has constructed and renovated a broad variety of residential and commercial buildings in eastern Massachusetts. Kaplan has extensive experience in the adaptive reuse of buildings such as 210 South Street. Other similar projects include; Hatters Point Condominiums in Amesbury, 5 Appleton Street in Boston, Motherbrook Condominium Community in Dedham and the Stone Institute in Newton.
